Sky TV will not record

If your Sky box will not record programs you have scheduled, it is best to restart it first.  Unplug it or turn it off at the mains and leave it for 30 seconds. Then turn it back on and follow the instructions.  Pick a program and see if it records immediately once it has restarted. If it doesn’t you should check the storage on the box to see if there is enough space available for the recording.  If there is and it still won’t record, then reach out to Sky for more advice.
