If you want to make a complaint about some part of your interaction with the PDSA, you can call their customer complaints lines. This might be if you think you haven’t had the right service from staff, a problem with your fundraising or volunteering efforts or anything else. You can also use it to give feedback, both positive and negative to the charity.

You need to include as much information as possible about the problem to help them look at the matter quickly and thoroughly. Should your complaint be regarding the vet service you receive from the PDSA, then you can complain to the relevant Pet Hospital. If you look at the terms and conditions of your pet’s treatment, you will find their contact number and then ask to speak to the client service manager who will go through the complaint.
