If you want to support the PDSA for regular or one-off donations, you can speak to the team on freephone 0800 019 9166.  They will be happy to chat through what they do with you. If you want to help the PDSA in a more hands-on way by volunteering your time, then you can ring the freephone number 0800 854 194 where you can find out where help is needed.  They can take some necessary information from you and chat with what you can do to help, where you are and other important information.

The PDSA is very thankful for people who raise funds for them in various ways and this allows them to care for over 470,000 pets each year.  Without volunteers, donations and fundraising events, this wouldn’t be possible. PDSA Complaints Customer Service Contact Number

If you want to make a complaint about some part of your interaction with the PDSA, you can call their customer complaints lines.  This might be if you think you haven’t had the right service from staff, a problem with your fundraising or volunteering efforts or anything else.  You can also use it to give feedback, both positive and negative to the charity.

  • If your complaint is specifically about fundraising and marketing issues, then you can talk to the customer complaints team on 0800 019 9166.  There is also a link on the website to the customer complaints form where you can send details.  And if you prefer to write a complaint, then you can send it to:

If you need help, there are also various forms and contact options on the website.  For example:

  • For complaints that have been handled but you are still unsatisfied, then you can contact the PDSA fundraising regulator on 0300 999 3407 or fill in the form at https://www.fundraisingregulator.org.uk/make-a-complaint/complaints/.  You need to include as much information as possible about the problem to help them look at the matter quickly and thoroughly.  There is also a dedicated email address for the complaints team at [email protected]

Should your complaint be regarding the vet service you receive from the PDSA, then you can complain to the relevant Pet Hospital.  If you look at the terms and conditions of your pet’s treatment, you will find their contact number and then ask to speak to the client service manager who will go through the complaint.
