Manchester City Council is there for residents in a variety of ways offering in person services, telephone lines and a comprehensive website to help sort your problem.

If you have an environmental problem, you can contact the council to report it and get help.  This might that someone has dumped rubbish near your home or you have spotted an incident of fly tipping where large furniture has been left.  You can also report a problem with litter and other debris. The main council offices are found in the Town Hall, Albert Square with the contact number 0161 234 4343.  There is also the Customer Service Centre where you can visit to get help and assistance with various issues which are on Mount Street in the city.  It is open from 9-5 weekdays.
