Can DVLA letters be redirected?
In theory, you can have letters redirected to your new address and these will include letters from the DVLA. However, the thing to consider is that it is against the law not to inform the DVLA of your new address. So by redirecting the mail, you might get the post okay but the information on your license isn’t correct and this could land you a fine.
It is easy to change your address on your license and you can do it online by visiting https://www.gov.uk/change-address-driving-licence and updating your details. That way post is sent to your new address, you have completed your legal obligation and don’t need to worry.
