Can’t pay Sky TV bill?

If you can’t pay your Sky TV bill, it is important to contact the company. Ring them as soon as you realise you can’t make the payment. That way they can see what other options are available. If you don’t have the money in the bank, you might want to stop the Direct Debit to avoid charges. Tell Sky you have done this as they will need to set up another one for future payments.

If you don’t contact them and don’t pay your bill, they can cut off your TV services. They may also pursue you for any money you owe them, which could be more than the bill. That’s because there are cancellation charges if you are in contract and they cancel your services.
