If you go the Help Centre on the Ryanair website, you can find the cancellation terms. Here is where you can find out about any terms or conditions around cancelling your booking. If you cannot make one leg of a journey but can make the other there’s no need to contact Ryanair or cancel the booking.
You can also change some information via the website as long as you are 2.5 hours before the departure time. This includes the flight dates, time, route and names on the flight. If you have already checked in for the flight, then you should instead ring the customer services team whose number is at the end of this guide to make changes. If you don’t make a flight, then you cannot receive a refund – the only way to do this is to apply in writing one month before the flight to receive a refund of the government tax you have paid.
How to Change Ryanair Flight
You can change the Ryanair flight you have booked via the My Booking section of the website. As long as you are not within 2.5 hours of the flight you can change the date and route as well as names on the reservation.
There are some situations where you can’t change the booking. These including changing a domestic flight to an international one, changing the airport, if a Spanish resident or large family subsidy has been applied. In these situations, you need to call customer services.
