Internet-based companies like AOL don’t always have a lot of non-internet ways to get in touch with them. Instead, they tend to focus on ways to contact them online where most of their services are based. However, there are some options including email and postal addresses and social media sites.
While slower than other methods, you are still welcome to write to AOL at the below address for any queries or complaints:
AOL,
Shropshire House,
11-20 Capper Street,
London,
WC1E 6JA,
United Kingdom.
You can use the general email address to send information to AOL or you can fill out a support form on the website at https://help.aol.co.uk/email-support/
There are also various social media options to contact the company where you can reach out about problems. Remember not to send sensitive information via these sites as it may not be secure.
