Amazon has a freephone customer services team available at 0800 279 7234. You can ask about an Amazon order that hasn’t arrived or a problem with an item you have received. You can also cancel an order, arrange a return or refund by calling it. This is the main number for digital services including Amazon Video, music downloads, games, software and audiobooks as well.
Amazon Prime members should use the freephone number to get help and support about their Video and Music accounts. You can also change your settings, restore password or username information or cancel the membership.

For queries around the Amazon Kindle e-reader, you can ring 0800 496 2449. You can get technical support to use your Kindle, Fire tablet or the app for smartphones. You can also manage subscriptions via this line.
If you are outside the UK and need help from the team, call +44 203 356 6212. Remember calls will be more expensive, depending on where you call from and the line provider.
If you need to make a complaint to Amazon, then call their London head office on 0207 084 7911. You should first call the main 0800 279 7234 for all queries and 0800 496 2449 for Kindle queries. But if these lines can’t solve the problem you can escalate the claim to the head office. Calls will cost up to 12p a minute plus access charge from landlines and 45p a minute from mobiles. If you have free minutes on your contract, they will usually cover the cost of the call but check with your line provider.
