This line is for anyone who is a member of AerClub, the Aer Lingus loyalty program.  When you fly with the company, you build up points which can be used for rewards such as other flights.  The more you fly, the more points you receive. There are four levels to the service – Green, Silver, Platinum and Concierge.  You can ring this line to join, find out more or to use your rewards.

The special assistance team is available from 9 am until 5 pm weekdays and from 10 am until 4 pm weekends.  It is for people who need assistance such as wheelchair access, help to ascend and descend steps and to use mobility devices such as wheelchairs or scooters.  The team also helps people with medical devices.
